Meditate
Take some time out of your day to tune into yourself. Meditation can help reduce stress levels and increase concentration. I do at least a 15-minute mediation as a daily practice. It is at the top of my list for self-care! Click here for my YouTube playlist of all of my favorite guided meditations. It is constantly being updated!
Stretch or Practice Yoga
A few simple stretches can be great for releasing tension from your body or helping clear your mind. Try yoga or move around in whatever way feels comfortable! Click here to watch my favorite YouTube yoga instructor! This counts for your physical and mental self-care!
Get Outdoors
Nature has a unique way of calming us down and helping us appreciate the beauty in our lives. Go outside for a walk or sit in nature for a little while to connect with yourself again.
Taking these breaks will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way! So next time you’re feeling overwhelmed, don’t forget to take that reality break – it will do wonders for your mental and physical health.
